"Excellent BnB Stayed for 3 nights with my partner and we both absolutely loved it. Great location as pretty much everything is in walking distance, always managed to find a parking space on the surrounding streets also. Bed was super comfy and room had a lovely view. In regard to the breakfast, lots of options available and all very tasty. Hosts were also so friendly and helpful with anything we needed, would highly recommend"

"RETURNING TO SEVEN OAKS GUEST HOUSE FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME SAYS IT ALL! A warm friendly welcome awaited us, coupled with the freshly baked cake slices, that were awaiting us in our spotlessly clean and well presented room. Breakfast did not disappoint, as per usual, a large choice on the menu, means there is something for everyone. Mark and Marie's local knowledge of the eateries and the walks around Keswick and beyond is second to none and they are always happy to talk to you about them and advise you if you want them to. This guest house is a little gem hidden in Keswick and is only a 5 minute walk from the centre. I don't think anybody would be disappointed with stopping here"

"OUTSTANDING GUEST HOUSE This was a second visit to this guest house. It’s fair to say I’ll not be bothering to search for anywhere else to stay. Mark and Marie do a fantastic job of running this place. It’s so obvious that they really enjoy what they do and this means their guests also really enjoy what they do. Everything was spot on, rooms are great, well equipped, comfortable beds with nice little extra touches, like cake and sweets. The breakfast menu is comprehensive and what I had was really well cooked and served. I will definitely be coming back, I suggest you give it a try." "

"A PERFECT PLACE TO STAY IN KESWICK - We had a lovely weekend at Seven Oaks ~ it was cold and wintery outside but Marie & Mark were warm and welcoming hosts! Our room was great with fabulous views over Latrigg. We loved the breakfasts and Mark’s home made cake too ~ absolutely delicious! The Guest House is just a short stroll from the centre of Keswick. We dined at Casa Bella Italian Restaurant and The Old Keswickian Restaurant - both served amazing food and service was great."

"FABULOUS SEVENOAKS KESWICK B&B - Fabulous stay at Sevenoaks B&B. Location perfect, a short walk into Keswick town centre. Mark & Marie are brilliant hosts, they meet you on arrival making you feel so welcome! Marks breakfasts are to die for, room was spotless and lovely touches of homemade cake! We cannot recommend this B&B enough, will always be our go to place when we visit Keswick!"

"TOP GUESTHOUSE A warm welcome from the hosts Mark and Marie was a good start to our stay. The room we had was beautiful and clean and had the added touches of sweets biscuits and cake. The breakfast was perfectly cooked everyday with a good selection of items. The hosts had a lovely way of making you feel very welcome and their dog ruby is the icing on the cake. "PERFECT STAY Myself and my husband have just come home from a lovely stay at Sevenoaks. The room was well decorated, clean and had lovely extra touches such as a slice of cake each day and a biscuit for your coffee. The breakfast was by far the best I have ever had and there was so much choice. We tried the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, the pancakes and the full Cumbrian breakfast and all were delicious! Mark and Marie were wonderful hosts and very welcoming and knowledgable about things to do, local hikes and restaurants and bars in Keswick. We will definitely be returning"
